The aim of this qualification is to prepare learners to work with children between birth and five years with knowledge of children up to seven years or to progress onto the Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education (Early Years Educator)
NCFE CACHE Level 3 Certificate in Preparing to Work in Early Years Education and Care
This qualification prepares learners to work with children from birth to 5 years and gain knowledge of children aged 5 to 7 years.
This qualification provides learners with a direct progression route on to the Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education and Care (Early Years Educator).

Level 4 Certificate for the Early Years Advanced Practitioner
The content covers the age range from 0-5 years and includes the following areas:
enabling children to learn; promoting health and wellbeing; special educational needs; working with families; implementing change
Learners will develop and use skills of leadership, mentoring, coaching and reflection as they complete the qualification through work-based learning opportunities.
NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in ICT in Early Years

This qualification provides learners with the knowledge and skills to be able to integrate the use of ICT in Early Years learning. ​
This qualification will develop the knowledge and skills required when working with food in health and social care and early years and childcare settings. It covers food safety requirements, contributing to and/or promoting nutrition and hydration and supporting individuals to eat and drink.
NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid

This qualification provides learners with the first aid skills they require to enter into the children’s workforce. The aim of the qualification is to guide and assess the development of knowledge and skills relating to paediatric first aid.
